Athletic Rhythmic Spin, 45minutes. This indoor cycling class is a form of cardiovascular exercise -
often delivered in a group setting - that mimics road cycling. This class has some arms moves
on the bike, making it more fun and challenging, and uses amazing music to help and push you for
the full class. It's a great way to burn calories and get your heart health.
